Pāua client management system is a useful and uncomplicated system to replace hardcopy client files. With a bit of effort upfront to understand the system and set it up, it has become effortless when transitioning the range of services we deliver. The system has great tools and the ability to create custom-made tools and can be individualised for different programmes/services. The reporting option meets the various reporting requirements that we need to provide our funders. Support is top notch, prompt, and delivered in a way that users can understand.
